We go to every possible measure all out to help you choose the right combination of products for your medical needs. We will bend over backwards to make sure you're satisfied. But there's a limit to everything.
We cannot accept responsibility for injury that may occur during the use of any of our products. The user shall determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and shall assume all risk and liability in connection therewith.
If you substitute or replace original manufacturer parts with after-market accessories, Sleep Solutions Home Medical cannot be held responsible for problems or equipment failure caused by incompatibility or modifications made by the end user.
Returns and Refunds
We accept all products back if unopened and unused, unless otherwise noted in the listing of the product. There is a 10% or $10 restocking fee on items that are returned to us, whichever is greater on merchandise that is not defective. As stated previously, we will accept all responsibility (including restocking fee if the item(s) are shipped incorrectly.
